Justin is the Vice President/General Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.

He served as the team's Assistant General Manager for the first six seasons at Arvest Ballpark, after spending four seasons working with the Rich Baseball owned and operated Wichita Wranglers, before taking over for his first full season as General Manager in 2014. Justin served as Co-General Manager during the team's final season in Wichita before making the move to Springdale with the team in late 2007.

In 2017, Justin was promoted to Vice President of the Naturals. Also, in March of 2017, the Kansas City Royals gave Cole the 'Matt Minker Award,' which honors a member of the Royals organization who most exemplifies and displays over time, leadership, dedication and performance.

Justin grew up in Barker, NY and is a December 2002 graduate of the University at Buffalo. He began his career in baseball by serving as an intern with the Buffalo Bisons, then the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. The Naturals' parent club, the Kansas City Royals, is Justin's favorite baseball team and Justin is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan. Justin resides in Springdale with his wife Kristin, daughter Olivia, and son Carson.

Mark came to Northwest Arkansas after spending the 2009 season as a Group Sales Assistant with the South Atlantic League Champion Lakewood BlueClaws, the Philadelphia Phillies' Class-A Affiliate. He served as an Account Executive for his first two seasons with the Naturals and as the Group Sales Manager for the 2012 season. Mark was named the Sales Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in May of 2013, Director of Sales in October of 2016, and Assistant General Manager in January of 2022.

Originally from New York City, Mark graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in music. His first experience in the sports industry came as a summer intern for the Staten Island Yankees, the New York-Penn League affiliate of the New York Yankees.

Mark is an avid fan of the New York Mets, New York Giants, and the UMass Minutemen. He enjoys Northwest Arkansas and is happy to be a part of the community.

A Waterloo, Iowa native, Dustin began working for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in November of 2007. He was named Director of Marketing & Public Relations in October of 2016 after serving as the team's Marketing & Public Relations Manager since May of 2013. He has also served as an Account Executive as well as a Senior Account Executive for the team, while also overseeing group coordination at Arvest Ballpark during that time.

Dustin resides in Lowell, Arkansas with his family and is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa where he majored in Communications and minored in Sociology. His favorite teams include the Chicago Cubs, North Carolina Tar Heels, and of course, the Iowa Hawkeyes. When he is not at the ballpark, Dustin enjoys playing golf and fishing during his spare time as well as spending time with his wife Carly and their son, Pearson, and daughter, Vera.

A Bentonville native, Morgan joined the Naturals in May 2007 and served as Merchandise Coordinator for the 2008 season before taking over as Business Manager in February 2009. In October of 2016 Morgan was named Director, Business Department and handles the business and financial operations for the Naturals as well as oversees the Naturals Team Store.

Morgan is a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she majored in Marketing and Political Science.

In addition to rooting on the hometown Razorbacks, she is a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals fan. When not at the ballpark, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their three kids.

Brock is the Director of Ballpark Operations at Arvest Ballpark.

He joined the Naturals in 2013 after working for the Buffalo Bisons in 2012 and previously served as the club's Head Groundskeeper. Prior to joining the Bisons, Brock spent two seasons with the Louisville Bats and also has worked at Camelback Ranch, the Spring Training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox.

A 2011 graduate of Michigan State with a degree in Sports Turf Management, Brock is from the small town of Tekonsha, Michigan and enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, and rooting for the Spartans, Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds.

Adam joined the Naturals in 2017. A native of Memphis, TN, Adam received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis in 2013. Adam also received a Master's degree from Sacred Heart University in Sports Communication and Media in 2016.

Prior to joining the Naturals, Adam was a Creative Services Assistant with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, the Single-A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. He has also worked as a Production Intern for One World Sports and a Production Assistant with Bellator MMA. Adam has also spent time working for the Sacred Heart University Athletic Department and the NEC Network to help broadcast basketball and volleyball games.

In his free time, Adam's hobbies include playing video games, fishing, and watching sports. His favorite teams are the New York Mets, the Nashville Predators, the Tennessee Titans, the Memphis Tigers, and the Sacred Heart Pioneers.

Nicholas Badders begins his second season as the “Voice of the Naturals” and sixth broadcasting professional baseball. In addition to his role with the Naturals, Badders calls games for the Arkansas Razorbacks, filling in for baseball games on radio, as well as a variety of sports for the Razorback Sports Network on SEC Network +.

The Livermore, California native joined the Naturals in April 2021 after two seasons in the Australian Baseball League with the ABL’s Melbourne Aces as the club's Broadcast and Communications manager, broadcasting Aces home games and serving as the “Voice of Australian Baseball,” calling the league’s nationally televised games on Fox Sports, as well as International Telecasts in the United States on various Regional Sports Networks. Prior to working in Australia, Badders spent a season as the voice of the Elizabethton Twins, former Advanced Rookie Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins in the Appalachian League, as well as a stint with the Sonoma Stompers of the Independent Pacific Association.

A 2020 graduate of Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, he served as the voice of Sun Devils Women’s Soccer and Women’s Hockey broadcasts. Additionally, he called games for ASU basketball, baseball, softball and men’s ice hockey between the Pac-12 Digital Networks (Pac-12 Plus) and the student-run radio station, Blaze Radio ASU and as a photographer, shot nearly every sport Sun Devil Athletics has to offer.

Greg joined the Naturals in the spring of 2022, as the Assistant Groundskeeper. He recently moved to NWA from Phoenix, Arizona where he worked as a contractor reconditioning and maintaining athletic fields and golf courses, including many of the MLB Spring Training facilities surrounding the Phoenix area.

A native of West Tennessee, he and his wife, Tammy have four sons and one daughter and currently have three Granddaughters. In their free time, they enjoy hiking and boating and digging for crystals in the mountains of Arkansas.

Stephen joined the Naturals in 2021 as the Head Groundskeeper at Arvest Ballpark coming to the organization with 30 years of field and facility management experience, both at the municipal and collegiate levels.

A native of Troy, Tennessee, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and now resides in Bella Visa with his wife Ronda and cat Ortis.

Matt, our Ticket Office Manager, began his career with the Naturals as a Street Team intern during the 2011 season before being hired on full-time as an Account Executive in 2012 after another internship with the Lakewood Blue Claws.

He is from Basehor, Kansas and is a graduate of Kansas University. He is a fan of New York style pizza, the color blue, and Eric Church. In his spare time he enjoys traveling the country, visiting zoos and aquariums, watching the Missouri Tigers lose and cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, and Las Vegas Golden Knights. As a diehard fan and Kansas native, Matt will forever cherish the Royals 2015 World Championship and the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Championship.

Danny is the Clubhouse Coordinator at Arvest Ballpark for the Kansas City Royals.

He originally joined the team in Wichita as a batboy at age 14 and has been affiliated with Minor League Baseball and the Kansas City Royals ever since. During the offseason he works with the Royals assisting with clubhouse operations during Instructional Ball and the Arizona Fall Leagues at their Spring Training facilities in Surprise, AZ.

An Andover, KS native, Helmer graduated in May 2008 from the University of Oklahoma and is a die-hard Sooners fan. He also roots for the Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Oklahoma City Thunder and when he's not at the ballpark, he enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and their three kids.

Spencer has been with the Naturals since 2017, starting off as a Street Team intern, then interning in Sales in 2018 prior to accepting a full-time position ahead of the 2019 season.

Originally from the Kansas City area, he graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 with a Recreation & Sport Management.

When not at the ballpark he enjoys golfing and spending time with my wife, Megan, and dog, Luna, while cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals and of course the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Amber joined the Naturals as a Ticket Sales Seasonal in 2020, and returned in that same role in 2021 after the former season was cancelled due to the pandemic. After the Naturals captured the league championship in the 2021 season, she was hired full-time as an Account Executive and is very excited to be a part of the team. She grew up going to Naturals games, loves interacting with fans and is thankful for the opportunity to help create memories for everyone who attends a game at Arvest Ballpark!!

She was born in a suburb of Chicago but moved to Bentonville with her family at a young age. After graduating from Bentonville High School in 2017, she attended the University of Arkansas and graduated in May 2021 with a degree in Recreation and Sport Management with a minor in Event Management.

You can often find Amber working out at 5am, but in her free time she jumps at any opportunity to travel or just hang out with her dogs, friends or family – especially her younger sister, Ashlynn! When she’s not at Arvest Ballpark, she loves watching and attending any and all sporting events, but especially when she’s cheering on the Razorbacks & Royals. Some of her favorite sports memories include calling the hogs at the the 2019 College World Series in Omaha, recently attending a Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium and catching her first home run ball at a Nashville Sounds game. She loves to seek the thrill in life and even convinced a couple of friends to go skydiving to celebrate their high school graduation.

Over the years, Amber has fallen in love with the Northwest Arkansas region and all of the opportunities that are offered. She enjoys being active in the local community and volunteering whenever she can, from the LPGA to various local NCAA events and bike races!

Tim joined the Naturals as an Account Executive during the 2021 season, moving to Northwest Arkansas from Utah where he worked fro the Orem Owls, at the time the Pioneer League affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels.

He graduated from Arizona State University’s Sports Law and Business program and enjoys spending time with his wide, Samantha and daughters Isla and Margot Elle.

Currently, Tim is working towards his goal of watching a baseball game at all 30 Major League stadiums.

Brad moved to Northwest Arkansas and joined the Naturals in February 2010 as an Account Executive for 9 1/2 years, returning in April 2021 as the team’s Ballpark Operations Manager.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, he now lives in Fayetteville with his wife Amanda, and two dogs Bernie and Izzy. He enjoys lake days, fantasy sports, golf, and everything Philadelphia Sports.
